Ontheotherhand,thestrengthofeconomy,technology,andmanagementofwesterncountriescannotbetranscendedbydevelopingcountries.Forthatreason,thelargestbenefitsareforthehighlydevelopedcountrieswithnodoubt.AccordingtothestatisticsfromWorldBank,percapitaGDPinhighincomedevelopedcountriesis43timesthanlowincomedevelopingcountriesin1983。
